The Hotel restaurant offers a carefully chosen and delicious variety of dishes prepared by a team fully dedicated to gourmet cuisine. 

The cuisine produces international flavours from European to traditional Chilean, using only the finest quality products.

Next to the restaurant is a small bar equipped with a variety of drinks, cocktails and spirits and of course, “Pisco Sour”, the tradional drink from Chile that is a must before dinner.
