Refund policy

Deposits are non-refundable

No refunds will be made if the visitor decides to leave (regardless the reason) the hotel before the date scheduled for departure

The hotel shall have no responsibility for any expenses incurred by the visitor in case of any traffic interruption on the  access road to Farellones or between the ski centers.
